Work
The client retains Cesar’s Creations to create their project(s). Work includes only the final, deliverable art, and not any preliminary work or sketches. The client receives a three revision limit on all projects. If client is not satisfied after the three revisions, Cesar’s Creations will charge $15 per additional revision client requests. Revisions include, but are not limited to fonts, color, sizing, layout.
Price & Delivery All deposits are non-refundable contingent on service provided to the client . For projects under $100, payment must be made in full before any work begins. Projects over $100 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit before any work begins. Balance due upon completion. Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by Cesar’s Creations . Work is to be delivered no later than [9-21 BUSINESS DAYS, 2-4 BUSINESS WEEKS FOR BRANDING PACKAGES, WEBSITES, AND LARGER PROJECTS.] but Cesar’s Creations agrees that the date of delivery is not material to this agreement. No finalized artwork files will be delivered until the balance is paid off. If work is purchased, and the client does not complete within 120 days, there is a $60 restart fee. If over 120 days, the project is null and void, and no refund shall be issued. ALL UNPAID INVOICES ARE CANCELLED AFTER 24HRS. Logo files are sent over in pdf, png, and jpg formats. Print files are sent over in pdf and png format. Raw files such as; PSD or Ai files are available for an additional fee. If work is purchased, and the client does not complete/send required documents/other required information within 120 days, there is a $60 restart fee. If over 120 days, the project is null and void, and no refund shall be issued. ALL UNPAID INVOICES ARE CANCELLED AFTER 60 DAYS. Please remember, you will be still held responsible for that balance, any other future project(s) will NOT be accepted until the balance is paid in full from the previous balance. Logo files are sent over in pdf, png, and jpg formats. Print files are sent over in pdf and png format. Raw files are available for an additional fee of $75.
“Please remember, Cesar’s Creations does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made to Cesar’s Creations, the project will begin in the time frame given to the client. It is advised that you give the project ample time for completion for these reasons: revisions may be needed, it may be a peak in the orders received and prior work received may take longer than expected. I provide a flexible timeframe, however, there may be an additional business day or two needed before I can begin if it is a busy time. If for any reason you want to cancel a service already rendered or paid for, that is your choice. However, due to the work produced or in the queue, payments already received by Cesar’s Creation will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. Ownership of all artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of Cesar’s Creations and remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in its final stage, ownership will be transferred to the client after full payment is received. The only time anything will be refunded is in the event Cesar’s Creations is unable to complete the project for personal reasons or illness.”
Grant Of Right
Cesar’s Creations may use your work in our portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays Cesar’s Creations works). The client and Cesar’s Creations agree that when asked, the client must properly identify Cesar’s Creation as the creator of the work. The client does not have a proactive duty to display Cesar’s Creation’ name together with Work, but the client may not seek to mislead others that work was created by anyone other than Cesar’s Creations. Draft files of artwork are property of Cesar’s Creations, and shall not be used in any matter or posted onto social media. That can be a breach of contract, and cause Cesar’s Creations to forfeit the project. In that case, no refund.
Cancellation & Expiration The fee for work is non-refundable. If client, nonetheless does not want or refuses to receive work, Cesar’s Creations may decide whether or not to complete work, and will exclusively retain all right to work. Services booked on a sale price/discounted rate, cannot be refunded.
